Dachshunds have been a part of my life since I was a child, when my best friend was Fritz, a Red Standard Smooth Haired. The bond I had with him has made me love Dachshunds ever since. I have enjoyed breeding since 2005. I moved to my current home in the country primarily for my dogs to have a large fenced in yard to have fun running and frolicking in during the day time.
However, I have downsized my adult breeders to 4 females and 2 males. I will be having 4 litters a year, one per female. So, my last litter for 2011 was born in June, 2011.
All of my dogs & puppies are fed High End food: Diamond Naturals Chicken & Rice for my Adults, with Meat and Meat Meal, as its primary ingredient, and Diamond Puppy Food for the young ones. They are all given Heart Wormer Plus on schedule, as well as Frontline Plus for Flea & Tick prevention.
