Dachshunds, and particularly Miniature Dachshunds have been beloved pets to me for as long as I can remember.  My 1st Dachshund was named Fritz, and he was a very loving companion.  I have had 2 Fritz's to follow over the years, having lost one due to back issues, as I am sure many who love the breed have unfortunately experienced.

I never had an AKC registered Dachshund until a few years ago, having bought my 2nd Fritz without registration.  I started becoming more serious about the hobby of breeding Miniature Dachshunds at that time.  I have made a lot of effort to learn more and more about the breed, and am still in the process of learning.

My more recent interest has been in establishing my Long Haired Cream and Chocolate Lines, along with the Brindle & Dapple (Merle) Patterns.  I have a few Smooth Haired Miniatures, who carry for Long Haired, which are CKC (Continental Kennel Club) Registered, but are bred to my AKC males.  I plan to establish AKC Smooth Lines, as well as some Wire Haired, in the somewhat near future.

Currently, I am also establishing my Web-site, so please be patient as I add more along the way.

I am also wanting to get involved some in showing some of my beauties, and will hopefully accomplish that goal in the near future.
